How Our Repair Process Works

Every radio we work on is different. That’s why our process is based on inspection, discussion, and approval — not assumptions.

In short:

  1. You contact us with details about your radio and the issue
  2. The unit is sent to us for inspection and testing
  3. We diagnose the problem and provide a clear cost estimate
  4. Work begins only after your approval
  5. The repaired or upgraded unit is tested, packed, and shipped back to you

No work is carried out without confirmation, and we are always transparent about feasibility and cost.
